Crust:
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter

Filling:
6 eggs separated
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 - 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp. lemon grated peeling or 1 tbsp. of lemon juice
3 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. of sour cream

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325º
Crust:
1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter.
2. Press in bottom and sides of pie pan.
3. Cook at 325º for 10 minutes

Filling:
1. Preheat oven to 375º
2. Beat egg whites until stiff and set aside.
3. Put yolks in large bowl and beat while adding flour and sugar.
4. Add cream cheese and continue to beat.
5. Add rind (lemon juice), and vanilla.
6. Mix in sour cream.
7. Fold in egg whites.
8. Cook for about 50 minutes with a pan of cold water underneath.
9. Turn oven off and let cheese cake stay in oven until room temperature.
