3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix dry ingredients, then add wet. Mix well. Add fruit or chocolate chips if desired. Makes about 8-10 small pancakes.

Mike and I tried about ten different recipes, and this is our favorite. We don't like the thick and fluffy pancakes, so these are perfect- nice and thin. it's easy to have a few of these without filling up. Makes enough for both of us, with a few leftover.
