Sift together:
2 c. all purpose
2 c. sugar
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
Bring to rolling boil:
1 c. water
2 sticks butter
1 Tbls. Cocoa
Remove from heat and pour at once over dry ingredients while it is boiling hot. Mix well.
Combine:
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1.2 c. buttermilk
Add to previous mixture.

Place in 10X15X1 sheet pan
Bake at 350º, 15-20 minutes
