¾ lb. hamburger
½ lb. sausage
1 c. bread crumbs
½ c. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbls. Parsley
1 tsp. garlic
½ c. milk
2 eggs. beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Sauce Ingredients:
1 c. chopped onion
2 Tbls. Flour
5 c. tomatoes
¼ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 Tbls. Green pepper,
6 Tbls. parlsey flakes
2 ½ tsp. salt
2 bay leaves

Meatball Directions:
Mix well.
Make into balls and pan fry until brown. Leave about 3 Tbls. Fat in skillet.

Sauce Directions:
Add onion to skillet and brown.
Add flour and brown.
Add all other ingredients and blend well. Add meatballs and simmer 1-4 hours.
