Graham cracker crumb crust (use prepared crumbs according to packing directions or go buy one already prepared)
2 eggs
16 oz. sour cream
½ cup of sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 (8oz.) packages of cream cheese at room temperature so it is already soft

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 325 degrees. If you do not buy a prepared graham cracker crumb crust, line a 9” or 10” layer cake pan with crumbs. Put eggs, sugar, vanilla and sour cream into blender. Cover and blend about 15 seconds on high. With motor on cover and gradually add cream cheese (cut cheese into small pieces and add a little at a time). Pour cheese mixture into pan and bake in preheated oven at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes for a 9” pan and 55 minutes for a 10” pan or until set in the center. Filling will be soft but will firm up as cake cools. Chill thoroughly before serving.
