CRUST:
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups ginger snaps crushed

FILLING:
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese softened
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
14 oz. pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of ginger
1/2 teaspoon of salt

CRUST:
1. Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in crumbs. Press into ungreased 9 X 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

FILLING:
1. Beat cream cheese and sugar together well. Add eggs, one at a time and then beat each egg.
2. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour over crust.
3. Bake in 350 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes or until firm.
4. Chill. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curbs.
