2 pounds ground beef
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. course ground peppercorns
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
2 tbsp. Morton's Tender Quick

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together with hands. Form into long roll. Wrap in foil and refrigerate 24 hours. Remove from refrigerator and poke holes with a fork in the bottom of the roll. Bake at 325º for 90 minutes on a broiler pan filled with 1 cup of water in the bottom of the pan. Unwrap and cool well. Slice thin to serve

I remember having this when I was kid. I made it a couple times as Logan and Lacey were growing up, and during the 2013 Holiday times, I brought it back. This was a BIG HIT with Aiden!
