4 Salmon steaks (fresh or frozen)
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon of grated lemon rind
1/2 onion powder
1/4 teaspoon tarragon
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees and spray baking dish with pam.
2.. Rinse salmon and pat dry; arrange in baking dish.
3. In separate bowl combine mayonnaise, lemon, onion powder, tarragon and dill weed. Mix well and brush over salmon with mixture.
4. Bake for around 10 minutes and then turn salmon. After turning it brush on some more mixture. After another 10 minutes test with a knife or fork to see if fish flakes.
* HINT: Do not use low fat mayonnaise or it will stick.
6. Best with baked red potatoes and asparagus or broccoli.
