1 package fresh cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 whole peeled orange
2 small pkgs lemon Jello
2 c. hot water
1 c. ice cubes
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. diced celery

Directions:
Directions:
Combine berries, orange sugar in food processor. Dissolve Jello in hot water in 9 x 13 glass dish. Add ice cubes, nuts, and celery. Chill overnight.

I had no idea how much Ronnie liked this dish. He's the one who said it should go in the family cookbook. It's one of the dishes that I usually put together on Thanksgiving eve, for years and years, and I never knew.
