16 oz. Pepperidge Farm Herb-seasoned Stuffing Mix (blue bag)
1/2 c. chopped yellow onions, sautéed in butter
4 chopped celery sticks
turkey neck and giblets, boiled and chopped
liquid from giblets (add water to make 2 1/2 c.)

Directions:
Pour stuffing mix into 9 x 13 baking dish. Add sautéed onions and celery, and chopped giblets (if liver is used, put in one corner for people who like liver!). Add liquid and mix. It should be moist (almost soupy). Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º until top is brown.

We make two pans, one with giblets, and one without.
Turkey hints: Mrs. Berger said to cook the turkey breast side down to keep it moist.
