2 cups chopped broccoli
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1 cup shredded cheese
1 1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup Bisquick
3 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Oven at 400ºF
Steam broccoli for 5 min
Mix broccoli, onion, green pepper and shredded cheese in a greased pie plate.
In a separate bowl, mix bisquick, milk, eggs and seasoning until smooth.
Pour over veggies.
Bake 35-40 minutes.
Garnish with sliced tomatoes.
