4 T arrowroot powder or cornstarch
2 T cocoa powder
2 cups milk (or milk substitution)
1/3 cup honey
1 t vanilla extract (almond extract is delicious too!)
1 t butter (or coconut oil)

What to Do
1. In small pot, whisk arrowroot powder (or
cornstarch), cocoa, and milk until smooth.
2. Over medium heat, stir in honey. Cook until
thickened, stirring regularly. (Watch out that it
doesn’t burn. Thickens quickly.)
3. Once thickened, remove from heat, stir in vanilla
and butter.
4. Pour into 4-5 cute dessert bowls! (It makes it
taste even more delicious.) Store in fridge.
*Sometimes we add chopped strawberries which increases the
yumminess.
