2 tb olive oil
½ cup diced onion
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 cups butternut squash soup
½ tin creamy tomato soup
2 tsp curry
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp sea salt
½ cup fresh tomatoes chopped
1 16 oz can chick peas
Fresh cilantro chopped for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan/dutch oven, heat olive oil and add onion & garlic. Saute for 3 min.
Add spices and stir for one minute
Add soups and simmer for 5 min.
Add chopped tomatoes and chickpeas and simmer until hot
Garnish with cilantro
Serve with rice
