2 cups flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups fine coconut

Juice and grated rind of 1 medium orange
1 cup sugar
4 tablespoons of custard powder
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup hot water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix first 6 ingredients and press half firmly into a 9 X 9 inch pan, leaving the rest for the top.
2. Bring all of the other ingredients to a hard boil, pour over the base in pan.
3. Sprinkle rest of crumbs on top.
4. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes until light brown.
5. Cool and then cut and enjoy.
