Prepare an oatmeal crisp as follows:

2/3 cup flour
1/3 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter

3 cups of rhubarb
1/3 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Prepare 3 cups of sliced rhubarb and place in bottom of buttered cake pan covered with 1/3 cup brown sugar.
3. Cover rhubarb with mixture of flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt together in a bowl.
4. Cut the butter in dry ingredients until mixture is crumbly.
5. Sprinkle topping over rhubarb.
6. Cook 25 minutes.
7. Serve with whipped cream, vanilla yogurt or ice-cream.
