1 Doz eggs
1 tbsp salt
t tbsp oil
flour (enough to form a soft dough)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well. Add oil and beat again.
Add flour and salt to make a soft dough.
Place dough in a greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Allow the dough to rest for 1 hour.
Using small walnut sized pieces of dough, roll in flour and roll out onto flour surface. Cut to desired strips or put through a pasta roller.
Drape noodles over a noodle rack, ensuring you have a towel underneath to catch the dried noodles as they fall.
Can be frozen in a container.
