1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
dash salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. brown sugar
Sprinkle Mixture:
1/3 c. white sugar
2 Tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Beat together margarine, sugars, and eggs. Add flour, salt, soda, baking powder, vanilla, and sour cream. In separate bowl, mix the other white sugar and cinnamon. Pour 1/2 batter into cake pan, sprinkle cinnamon mixture around and then top with remaining batter. Bake 350º for 35-45 minutes.
