1/2 c. butter - softened
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. all purpose flour
Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in egg, salt and vanilla. Stir in flour. Drop about 1 inch apart by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet. (Can be topped with pecans) Bake at 350º for 8 to 10 minutes. Watch closely. Yields: 2 dozen
