2 c sugar
2 eggs
4 c creamer, divided
4 c whipping cream
1 Tbs vanilla (vanilla) or 2 tsp (all others)

MINT:
1 tsp mint extract
green food coloring

CHOCOLATE:
1 c cocoa

STRAWBERRY:
4 c strawberries, blended

ORANGE SHERBERT:
orange juice instead of creamer

MANGO/RASPBERRY SORBET:
1 1/2 c water in place of creamer & whip
4 Tbs orange juice
4 Tbs lemon juice (mango only)
4 c mango/raspberries - puree

LEMON ICE:
5 c water - divided
1 egg
2 c sugar
1 1/4 c lemon juice

Directions:
Boil eggs, sugar, and 2 c creamer until JUST BEGINNING to bubble. Pour into canister and add rest of ingredients. Layer ice and LOTS of salt around and let machine work.

CHOCOLATE: Pour little by little from pot into 1 c cocoa. When smooth, finish mixing back in pot.

SORBET: Boil water, eggs, sugar as above and then add other ingredients in canister.

LEMON ICE: Boil 2 1/2 c water, sugar and egg and then add remaining 2 1/2 c water and lemon juice in canister.
