1 banane, pelée
2 dates
1/2 tasse des fraises
1 T. sirop d'érable
1 T. graines de chanvre
½ tasse d'épinards
1 T. spiruline (facultatif)

• Mettre tous les ingrédients dans un mélangeur - démarrer le mélangeur à basse vitesse puis passer à valeur plus élevée et mélanger pendant environ 1 minute.
• Verser dans un verre.
