4 diced carrots
4 diced green peppers
2 diced onions
1 diced stalk celery
1 lb. chopped mushrooms
1 lb. chopped cauliflower
1 can tuna
1 lb. crab meat
2 jars artichoke hearts
2 small bottles catsup
2 small bottles chili sauce
1/2 c. diced pitted green olives
1/2 c. diced ripe olives
2 cloves garlic
3 tsp. salt
2 tsp. accent
juice of 2 lemons
1 c. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots in olive oil for 5 minutes. Add onions, mushrooms & cauliflower cook 2 minutes. Add celery & green peppers cook 3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients. Marinate for 24 hours.

Serve hot or cold with crackers. Can half recipe. You can also freeze this recipe.
