* Copy recipe from internet which is a copycat of Dave's Killer Bread

4 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup quinoa
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup cracked wheat
1/4 cup flaxseed
1/8 cup wheat gluten
2 tablespoons of poppy seed
1/4 cup of corn meal
1 tablespoon sea salt (overflowing)

2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons coconut oil (liquid)
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 egg
3 tablespoons of creamo (half and half)
2 tablespoons yeast (heaping)
2 1/4 cups of warm water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place quinoa, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds and corn meal, oatmeal, cracked wheat, flaxseed, sea salt in bowl.
2. Add molasses, honey, vegetable oil, coconut oil. Mix well. Add beaten egg with the cream.
3. Add flour, followed by very warm water and yeast.
4. Mix well and do a good knead (or use breadmaker).
5. Knead till dough pulls away from side and is very supple.
6. Let rise double in size.
7. Create loaves, place in glass pans and let rise for at least one hour.
8. Heat oven to 415 and bake 25 minutes till brown all over (bottom too)
9 Flick bottom - if sound and hollow bread is done.
