3 bananas
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 tesaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cups flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mash bananas and baking soda together. In a separate mixing bowl cream together butter, sugar and eggs; add bananas. In a separate mixing bowl combine dry ingredients; salt, baking powder, nutmeg and flour. Add the dry ingredients with the creamed ingredients with a wooden spoon until completely combined. Place in greased and floured bread loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
