1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 TBS. butter
4 Sweet Potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch thick rings/chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in frying pan or on griddle, careful not to burn.
Dip pieces of sweet potato in water.
Mix brown sugar and flour together for coating.
Dredge pieces of sweet potato into the brown sugar/flour mixture.
Arrange in fry pan over low to medium heat, careful not to scorch.
Cook until fork poked into potato reveals tenderness.
