1 carton Cool Whip
Cinnamon
Chopped nuts, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Bake and mash sweet potatoes. Mix with Cool Whip, pour into microwaveable dish. Sprinkle w/cinnamon and top with nuts. Microwave 4-5 minutes.

My brother-in-law likes his sweet potatoes w/marshmallows. Last year I thought I had marshmallows on hand and didn't. So what to do...I had an extra carton of Cool Whip that I mixed in. Glad improvising worked out so well.
