3/4 Cup Zesty Italian dressing
3 cloves garlic minced
1 TBSP Chopped Fresh Rosemary
2 Lb Potatoes (about 6) ( Cut into wedges)
1 Whole Chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450 Degrees Fahrenheit

Mix dressing, garlic, and rosemary until blended. Place potatoes in large bowl, add 1/4 cup dressing mixture toss to evenly coat potatoes. spread into single layer on foil covered rimmed baking sheet.

Use kitchen shears or sharp knife to spatchcock chicken open chicken butterfly style; place skin up on separate baking sheet brush with remaining dressing.

Bake chicken and potatoes 30 minutes placing potatoes on top rack. Reduce oven temp to 400 degrees. Bake an additional 15 min or until chicken is done.
