Ground Beef--2 lbs.
Bell Pepper-chopped
Onion--chopped
4 clove of garlic-minced
Crushed Tomato--large can
tomato juice--48oz to 64oz. size
6 cans of variety of beans : ( chili hot beans, black beans, garbanzo beans, pinto etc.)
jalapeņo pepper
hot Mexican-style Chili powder-4 Tablespoons or to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with garlic salt and pepper. Drain if needed. Add bell pepper and onion and cloves of garlic-minced. Add crushed tomatoes and cans of beans-(drain if you prefer).
Add tomato juice, jalapeno pepper-sliced, and chili powder. Mix well.
Simmer on low heat for 1 hour. Enjoy!!
