1 c. white sugar
1 c. butter/Crisco mix
2 eggs
dash salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour plus extra for rolling

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and set aside. In mixer, beat together butter/Crisco, sugar, and eggs. Add salt, vanilla, soda, and baking powder. Gradually add flour.

Put 1/3 dough on floured counter. Knead and mix in more flour until dough has a good consistency; roll out using a floured rolling pin to about 1/4 in. thickness. Cut out shapes and lay onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for about 5-7 minutes. Repeat.
