Ingredients:
Ingredients:
I stick butter (works better than margarine)

¼ cup cocoa
2 cups sugar

½ cup evaporated milk

1 tsp vanilla after cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and Boil for 5 minutes – too much stirring makes it sugary.
Coat each layer while icing is warm.
I make ahead and freeze to “set” the icing.
Still tastes fresh if frozen a couple of weeks, and travels easier if frozen.
Thaws completely in a few hours.
