Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cans tomato soup (one for the meat loaf, one for the pasta sauce) **
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp. oregano, crushed
1 small glove garlic, minced
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 T chopped parsley
1 cup small bread cubes
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 pounds ground chuck
2 slices mild processed cheese
1 package thin spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Blend soup, water, oregano, and garlic. In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup soup mixture, bread, onion, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly with beef. Shape firmly into a loaf and place in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven. Spoon off fat drippings. Pour remaining soup mixture over the loaf and top with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted.

Cook spaghetti as directed. While the spaghetti is cooking prepare extra soup mixture. When spaghetti is ready, remove from heat and drain. Place on a serving plate around the loaf and top with extra heated soup mixture.

Extra Soup Mixture: I use the same ingredients as soup for loaf: soup, water oregano, and garlic. Heat the soup mixture in a pot on the oven and pour over spaghetti.

This was a favorite when I was growing up. It's a great variation of the traditional meat loaf recipe.
