10 medium potatoes
8 eggs
4 to 6 T Blue Plate Mayonnaise
3 T mustard
4 to 6 T sweet pickle relish
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, boil potatoes and egg until potatoes are cooked. In a large bowl, peel and dice potatoes and eggs. Add mayonnaise, mustard and pickle relish. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste, Refrigerate, Serve cold.

Don's Hint: You can add celery but I omit that because most of the family does not enjoy celery especially my wife. You can also fix potato salad with Cajun potatoes (see recipe for seafood boil). Delightful with hint of spice.
