2 cups white flour
1/4 cup butter
3 teaspoons of baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup of milk.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut the butter into mixed dry ingredients.
2. Mix and make a well in the centre.
3. Beat milk and egg together with fork.
4. Stir into mix until all ingredients are moistened.
5. Roll after kneading.
6. Cut 1/2 inch thick biscuit dough.
7. Cook on ungreased sheet for 10 - 12 minutes in 450 degree oven.
