2 cups sugar
1 cup lard
2 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
5 cups flour
pinch salt
1 cup milk
Directions:

cream sugar, lard and eggs

sift dry ingredients; and to cream mixture alternating w/ milk

roll into balls, flatten, sprinkle sugar on top

bake 350º 8-19 minutes
