2 frying chickens cut up

BREADING
1 1/2 cup flour
salt to taste
pepper
2 teaspoons paprika (more or less)
Mix well with fork

Enough cooking oil in pan to cover chicken halfway

Directions:
Directions:
Roll chicken pieces in breading. Heat oil to medium high in pan. Place pieces in hot oil and cover with lid. Cook 10 minutes on each side, then remove cover, and cook 5 minutes on each side. Should have that "done" smell as she used to say. Plate on paper towels to drain a bit before serving.
