1/2 c. Butter
2 c. Shredded cheddar
1/2 tsp. Ground cumin
40 lg. Green olives with pimento
1 c. Flour
1 tsp. Paprika
1/4 tsp. Hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a med. bowl, cream butter. Mix in flour, cheese, paprika, cumin, and hot sauce. Cover and refrigerate at least two hours. Can be made a day ahead. Dry olives on paper towel. Take one tsp. of dough and roll into a ball. Flatten in palm of hand and place Olive in center. Shape dough around Olive and roll back into a ball. Repeat with remaining dough and olives. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 400º for 12 - 15 minutes. Serve hot.
