4 to 5 cups Water

Boil water. Add rice. Stir and bring back to boil. Make sure water does not get low. When rice is tender, strain and rinse under cold water. This stops the cooking process. Serve and eat,

Don's Hint: There are two types of rice in our house, Don rice and Edie rice. Edie rice is steamed and we have constant struggles over which rice is best.
