1 can (5 oz.) Chicken or cooked chopped chicken breast
4 oz. Fat free cream cheese
8 oz. Low Fat cream cheese
1/2 c. Wish Bone Just2Good Blue Cheese Dressing or Ranch
1/2 c. Low Fat cheddar, shredded
4 oz. Frank's RedHot (original pepper sauce, not Buffalo Wing Sauce)

Preheat oven to 350º. Mix together cream cheese, stir in salad dressing, sauce, and cheese until mixed well. Stir in chicken. Bake 20 minutes, or until heated through. (I like to Skim off accumulated grease on top before stirring) Serve with pita or bagel chips, crackers, or veggies.
