1 C. Brown Sugar
1/2 C. Butter
1 1/2 C. Flour
1 Egg (beaten)
2 T. Corn Starch
2 tsps. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 T. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. In a large mixing bowl cream together brown sugar with butter.
Add beaten egg, vanilla and milk, stirring all together to combine. In another bowl mix flour, corn starch and baking powder. Stir into wet mixture just to combine. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Baking time is not given, so watch after 8 minutes!
