1/4 lb. butter
1 C sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 pint sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 C cake flour (If using regular flour, subtract 2 T)
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Topping:
1/4 C brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 T chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Mix in 2 beaten eggs. Mix baking soda in sour cream then blend into creamed mixture. Mix baking powder into flour and slowly blend with cake mixture.

Grease: 9 x 9 x 2" pan

Pour 1/2 batter into pan
Sprinkle 2/3 topping on the batter
Pour remaining half of batter in pan
Sprinkle remaining topping on batter

Zigzag a fork through the batter to blend the topping

Bake @ 350 for 35-40 minutes
