2 C. Moistened Dry Bread (white)
1 1/2 C. Corn Meal
1/2 C. Molasses
2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Soda
Enough sour milk to make batter
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all listed ingredients in large bowl. Add enough sour milk to make a batter. Pour into greased Coffee Cans to cook and steam for 2 1/2 hours. When filling coffee cans, leave a bit of space in can for batter to swell during cooking!
