1 lb. medium pork sausage
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
3 cups Bisquick
10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
3/4 cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and celery. Combine with sausage, Bisquick, cheese and milk. Form into 1 1/2" balls. Bake at 350º for 12 - 20 minutes.
