1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 jar Candy Krisp Jalapeņo, drained and chopped
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except pecans. Chill. Form into equal size balls. Roll in pecans and garnish with remaining jalapeņo rings.
