2 C. Sour Cream
6 Chicken Breasts halves, cut in two
1/4 C. Lemon juice
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp. Celery salt
2 tsp. Paprika
4 cloves finely chopped Garlic
3 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1 3/4 dry Bread Crumbs
1/2 C. Butter
1/2 C. Shortening

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. In large bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper. Add chicken, coating each piece well and let stand covered overnight in refrigerator. The next day, remove chicken from sour cream mixture. Roll in bread crumbs, coating evenly, and arrange in single layer in large baking pan. Melt shortening and butter in small saucepan. Pour half over the chicken and bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Spoon rest of butter mixture over chicken and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until the chicken is tender and nicely browned.
