3 c. fresh sliced potatoes
3 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. coffee creamer
1 c. Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 c. boiling water
chopped onions to taste
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. butter chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine: 3 cups of potatoes, flour, coffee creamer, and Velveeta cheese. Spread cream over top. Add boiling water, add onion, salt and pepper, and top with chopped butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
