2 lbs shrimp
Zatarain's seasoned fish fry
4 pieces of white bread
Vegetable Oil (peanut or canola oil)

Directions:
Prepare and rinse seafood. Add Zatarain's seasoned fish fry to a flat deep dish or bowl. You can substitute fish fry (see below). Pour oil into frying pan or deep fryer and bring to 350 degrees. Dip seafood into batter and add to fryer/pan. Toast 4 pieces of bread. Butter your toast, and place them on a plate side by side to cover plate. You will be laying your fried seafood on bread. Fry until golden brown, should take a few minutes. Place fried seafood on buttered bread. Serve on french bread with the whole garden.

Don's Hint: You can replace fish fry with a mixture of cornmeal or flour. Add salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix thoroughly.
