1 C Butter. softened
2 3oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
1C sweetened flaked coconut
2 C All-purpose flour

Pecan Filling: 3/4 C firmly packed Brown Sugar
1/2 C chopped pecans, toasted
1 lg. egg, lightly beaten
1 T butter melted
1/2 t vanilla extract
1/8 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and cream cheese at medium speed with mixer until creamy, stir in cocnut. Gradually add flour to mixture, beating at low speed. Shape dough into 36 balls; chill 1 hour. Place dough balls in lightly greased miniature muffin pans, shaping each into a think shell. Spoon pecan filling into tart shells.
Pecan Filling: Whisk together all ingredients until well blended.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min; reduce heat to 250 degrees and bake for 10 more minutes or until filling is set. Cool in pan on wire rack 10 min. Remove from pan;cool completely on wire rack.
