4 c. cubed ham
2 tbsp. worchestershire sauce
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. onions
2 cans mushroom soup
1 c. milk
2 c. velveeta cheese
4 c. mashed potatoes
8 oz. sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Make mashed potatoes and season with salt (and pepper if desired) and add sour cream. Mix well. Fry together the ham, Worchestershire sauce, butter, and onions. Add mushroom soup, milk, and Velveeta. Heat until melted. Place in bottom of casserole dish and cover with mashed potatoes. Bake at 350º for 30 min.
