1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
3/4 softened butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
cream sugar with butter and salt
beat 1 egg and vanilla into mixture until fluffy
stir together flour and baking powder, gradually add to creamed mixture
roll small amt of dough at a time 1/8" thick on floured board
cut dough with floured cookie cutters
transfer cookies to ungreased cookie sheet
brush with egg white, and decorate

350º 8-12 min
