3 large eggs
8 oz sour cream
1/3 cup water
1 8.5 oz cab cream of coconut
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 white cake mix

Directions:
Directions:
beat eggs at high speed 3 min
add sour cream, 1/2 cup water, cream of coconut and vanilla
beat well
add cake mix, beat until thoroughly blended
pour batter into greased and floured 13 x 9 pan
350º 40-45 minutes
cool cake in pan, cover with plastic wrap and freeze 30 minutes
remove from freezer spread with coconut cream cheese frosting
