2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 t. salt
1/2 t. vanilla
1 c. chocolate bits
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until frothy. Fold in sugar and beat until stiff. Add salt, vanilla, chocolate bits, and nuts. Cover cookie sheet with foil. Drop by teaspoon. Put in 350 degree oven and turn off immediately.. Leave in oven 6 hours. Do not open door. Note: when adding sugar, add a little at a time and keep beating.
